You can book a tour by calling CHOC TOUR (0800 4 2462 8687) within New Zealand. Outside New Zealand, please call +64 3 4677967. Alternatively, fill out the form below, and click on the SUBMIT button to send it to the Booking Team at Cadbury World.

If you have any issues with the online booking request form please email cadburyworld@cadbury.co.nz with the time, date and the number of people you would like to request the booking for and we will be in touch.

Once we have received the form, we will endeavour to confirm the booking by email within two business days. If there are no bookings available on your preferred date, we will try to accommodate the alternate booking date.

For Your Information

  • There is no wheelchair access on the factory part of the tour.
  • There is a lot of walking and many stairs on the tour, so visitors with hip or knee problems may find it difficult to tour the factory.
  • Due to the stairs, strollers and prams are not appropriate to take on tour so please bring a backpack if you have one.
  • Jewellery cannot be worn in the factory so you will need to remove it before the tour departs. You may feel more secure leaving your jewellery at home.
  • ** On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and adjoining weekends, because the factory is not operational, Cadbury World will run a shortened tour. This tour takes approximately 45 minutes and includes a self-guided tour of the Cadbury World Visitor Centre, an explanation of the Chocolate Making process, a demonstration of the Jaffa making process, and a visit to the chocolate fall and the retail outlet. The tour does not go into any of the production areas of the factory.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation of a group booking (i.e. [4] people or more) must be made by notice to Cadbury at least 48 hours before the scheduled visiting time. If Cadbury does not receive the notice within the prescribed timeframe, Cadbury is entitled to charge 50% of the total amount of the fees payable to Cadbury by the group had the cancellation not occurred. If a credit card number has been supplied to Cadbury at the time of the booking, Cadbury is entitled to charge the card without further notice. If no credit card number has been supplied at the time of the booking, Cadbury will invoice the person who made the booking. If for whatever reason you cannot make your tour time please inform Cadbury World as soon as possible.
  • Please note that all pricing on this website is valid 1st October 2010 to 30th September 2011.

Group Cancellations will incur a 50% fee if notification is not received by Cadbury World at least 48 hours before the scheduled visiting time. If for whatever reason you cannot make your tour time please inform Cadbury World as soon as possible
